Safari and activities in the area
Explore
Lake Nakuru is the classic day out. Shorter trips reach waterfalls and the Rift Valley lakes. The camp can book them.
We make your stay easy so you can focus on training.

Pamoja Project — you run, we give back to the community
More than just a camp. Giving back is at the core.
Our founders were featured on Kenyan national television for their charity work in Iten, and you can be part of what comes next.
For every kilometre you run during your stay, we donate to the local community. Kosgei and Sandra have already built two school labs here.
Guests can follow that contribution through the camp app once the stay is underway.

FAQ
Questions before you fly
When does the camp open?
Autumn 2026, with special opening rates of €35–€45 a day, including three meals. Groups, coached trips, and longer stays can be arranged separately.
How do I book?
Pick your dates for an estimate, then message us on WhatsApp or email. We confirm every stay ourselves. Nothing is charged on this website.
How do I get a Kenya visa?
Apply for the Kenya eTA online through the official site, about a month before you travel. The fee is about €30.
Is there malaria in Iten?
Iten sits at about 2,400 metres, and the malaria risk there is considered extremely low. If your trip also includes the coast, Lake Victoria, or some national parks, ask your doctor about prevention before you fly.
What plugs does Kenya use?
Kenya uses UK-style Type G sockets. Bring an adapter. Most everyday items can be bought in Iten or Eldoret if you forget them.
What should I bring from home?
Your documents, running shoes, sports gels and protein, your watch, and any personal medication. Those are the things that are hard to replace locally.
What is the Zone 2 app?
Every guest gets a personal camp app for the stay: the schedule, messages to the team, a bit of Swahili, and kilometres counted toward the Pamoja Project. It comes with your stay. It is not a separate store download on this site.
